This Billing Policy explains how and when you’re charged when you place an order with Verdanton.

When You Are Charged

You pay in full when your order is delivered, in cash or by card to the courier. Nothing is charged when you place the order, and there is no extra fee for cash on delivery.

Order Confirmation & Receipts

You will receive an emailed order confirmation acting as your receipt shortly after checkout.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer retroactive price adjustments for orders placed before a later sale or promotion.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first, we resolve the vast majority of issues directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can delay resolution.
